We're looking forward to offering the following features to improve your Digital Banking experience:

  • Forgot your USERNAME?  Follow an email link and additional steps to verify your identity and reset it yourself!
  • Forgot your PASSWORD?  Follow an email link to reset it yourself!
  • Account History will be displayed in an easy-to-read format.
  • Bank to Bank transfers!  After an initial set up, move money easily between your First Southern account and your account(s) at other financial institutions.
  • Mobile Deposits accepted until 3:00 PM daily and will Memo Post to your account.  No more waiting for an email confirmation on mobile deposits!
  • Online banking customers may enroll themselves in our digital banking products.   
  • MyCardRules will be within the First Southern app.  No additional app or log in will be required!
  • Zelle will be within First Southern digital banking suite beginning April 5th.  No additional app or log in will be required!
  • Initiate your own Stop Payment orders on checks.
  • Set up security alerts for deposits or specific check amounts clearing your accounts.
  • Increased security with Two-factor Authentication (2FA)
  • Loan Payments made online may be made up until 5:30 PM and will post the same business day!
  • Online bill pay customers may utilize a Customer Support Line Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM.
